Principles of Chiropractic 12-14
Continuing on from the last post are the final three Universal Principles of chiropractic.
12. The Character of Universal Forces. The forces of universal intelligence are manifested as physical laws, are unswerving and unadapted, and have no solicitude for the structures in which they work. (11)
13. Intelligence in Both Organic and Inorganic Matter. Universal intelligence gives force to both organic and inorganic matter. (16)
14. Interference with Transmission of Universal Forces. There can be interference with the transmission of universal forces. (12)
These three are all very significant as the last three Universal Principles, each in a different way. The Character of Universal Forces serves to explain that these universal forces and universal intelligence are essentially the laws of physics. It also serves to remind us that on the smaller scale, they behave similarly to on the large scale in the sense that physical laws don’t “care” about the physical structures they act upon and an important structure will collapse if the physical laws are no longer able to provide organization just as easily as an unimportant one. Still drawing further on this, number thirteen reminds us that this is the case with organic matter, including living systems, just as much as it does to stones, water, and air. Finally, a rather simple and easy to understand statement is fourteen which leads straight into the Biological Principles. Once more, there can be interference with the transmission of universal forces. Going back to the seventh and ninth principles, yes, all matter will have 100% intelligence and this intelligence will always create 100% force. The potential problem, and the one chiropractic tries to solve in living systems, is that while there’s 100% force that doesn’t necessarily mean that force is directed correctly.
